Almonte Potters Guild Cancellation Policy

Classes and workshops:  Participants who cancel a registration greater than 10 days prior to the start of class will be eligible for a 90% refund (there is a 10% Admin fee).  Cancellation requests with notice less than 10 days prior to the start date are non-refundable.  You can however find someone to take your place and you will need to inform us in advance.  Courses cancelled by the Studio will be refunded at 100%.

Class Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances:

There will be times where we have to cancel a class or workshop due to inclement weather, sudden instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you by email or by phone if it is short notice. Please review your email notifications before coming to each class/workshop.

Classes impacted by a cancellation for any of the above noted reasons will be extended and an email will be sent to inform you of the new end date for your class.
