APG Cancellation/Missed Classes Policy

Cancelled Courses and Workshops: Any courses or workshops cancelled by the Studio will be refunded 100%. Courses/workshops cancelled by a participant more than 10 days prior to the first class are eligible for a 90% refund (10% Administration fee).  Courses/workshops cancelled by a participant less than 10 days prior to the first class are non-refundable but transferrable. Please let us know in advance if you choose to transfer your registration to another participant.  

Missed/Cancelled classes: If APG has to cancel a class due to inclement weather, sudden instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, an additional class will be added at the end of the course. We will inform you by email or by phone as soon as possible. (Please review your email notifications before coming to each class/workshop.)

Due to the high volume of classes and studio potter usage at our facility, we cannot offer make-up classes to any student who has missed a class for personal reasons. 

Note: Participants must complete all projects from their class by the last day where possible and we only hold class pieces for 4 weeks post class. Following your last class, you will be contacted to set up a time to come in and claim pieces.
