APG Cancellation/Missed Classes Policy

Cancelled Courses and Workshops:

Almonte Potters Guild reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to low enrolment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be issued a 100% refund.

Courses/workshops cancelled by a participant more than 10 days prior to the first class are eligible for a 90% refund (10% Administration fee). 

Courses/workshops cancelled by a participant less than 10 days prior to the first class are non-refundable but transferrable. (Registrants may arrange for another participant to take their place. Please let us know before the first class if you choose this option.)

Missed/Cancelled classes:

Due to the high volume of classes and studio potter usage at our facility, we cannot offer make-up classes.

If individual classes are cancelled by APG due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, an additional class will be offered. (Please review your email notifications before coming to each class/workshop.)

Note: Participants are expected to complete all projects from their course by the last class unless they are already registered in the next session. We only hold class pieces for 4 weeks post class.
